Sarah is a Director of Globaltraid Limited. She is a procurement, eCommerce and innovation specialist and supports governments with procurement and eProcurement reform, policy, regulation, critical infrastructure programs and training. Previously, Sarah was Chief Commercial Officer at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and for the New Zealand Aid Programme. Sarah works extensively across Asia and the Pacific and has delivered programs in New Zealand, Cambodia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Korea, Georgia and Indonesia since 2022.
Sarah worked at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) building procurement and project management capacity for staff, consultants and members and designed its Technology Innovation Challenge process. She was also a Director at the UK’s central procurement trading agency, where she led a programme that implemented eProcurement across the UK public sector.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), has a Masters in International Trade and a MBA in Financial Services. She is a Gateway Reviewer for major UK and NZ programmes and public private partnerships, a PRINCE2 practitioner and Lean Six Sigma black belt.
