Our project improvement service helps our clients to:

  • understand the reasons their projects are experiencing problems and recommend ways to overcome them

  • use monitoring information collected to strengthen their MERL framework to better measure project results (e.g. articulate more specific indicators, set realistic targets, and collect more relevant data
